1. Commercial Ownership
Ownership of content generated on MusicFlowAI depends on your subscription tier at the time of generation.
Paid Subscribers
You own the full commercial rights to any audio and video generated while you have an active paid subscription. This includes the right to monetize on YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms.
Free Tier Users
Content generated under the Free Tier is for personal, non-commercial use only. MusicFlowAI retains ownership of this content until you upgrade to a paid plan.
2. YouTube Monetization
Our tracks are designed to be "monetization-safe." For paid subscribers, we provide a license that allows you to use the generated music in your YouTube videos without fear of Content ID claims from MusicFlowAI. If you receive a claim, please contact us at support@musicflowai.com with your subscription details to have it released.
3. Platform License
By using our Service to generate content, you grant MusicFlowAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (e.g., rendering your videos and publishing to your connected YouTube channel).
4. Usage Restrictions
You may not use the Service to generate content that mimics specific copyrighted works or performing artists with the intent to deceive listeners. You may not use MusicFlowAI-generated content to train other machine learning models without explicit written permission.
5. Third-Party Content Integration
MusicFlowAI provides tools to import and process content originally created on other platforms (such as Suno and Udio). Your use of such imported content within MusicFlowAI is subject to the original platform's end-user license agreements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary commercial rights from those third-party services before using them with our automated video production and YouTube publishing tools.
